Well that was a rollercoaster of a day!! Big class of 12 we managed to get a very respectable 3rd in dressage then went onto stupidly eliminating myself in the ease of handling at the very last obstacle - didn’t feel too bad as there were a number of other people getting eliminated too but we came back in the speed very well indeedy.
Thank you John and Louise of ThePureFeedCompany without you guys we would not look like this right now , Grace, Mark and I appreciate everything you have done for us!- The pictures are 6 months apart, If you ever need to know whether a horse feed works or is any good, then take a look at the photos. Steady condition without blowing the mind, I cannot recommend pure feeds enough and as you can see Grace feels the same! Thanks guys!
Wings Farm classroom slowly getting there too - new furniture, no more wobbly plastic chairs ( well some of you will still have a wobbly chair but some of you will be comfy :D)
Woohoo, we have a new working equitation pen :D pallets didn't work as they just blew over whenever it was windy and before anyone says anything - no we didn't steal them from the side of the road- I have a very lovely client who managed to get hold of these for me :D
So its been a few years since I looked like this (maybe 20 or so LOL) This has got to be one of my best weekends ever! Love this little cowpony to bits- he tried his heart out for me this weekend and put up with my mistakes, I'm so pleased with him.
Had a fantastic weekend, met some truly wonderful and inspirational people, fabulous judge who offered loads of really useful advice, Found my tribe :D Uh oh - feeling a little competitiveness creeping in - been a long time since i felt like that too! :D :D
We’ve just finished a two day intensive with this lovely pair
Little things in life just make you ecstatic!! Water thawed out this afternoon, last couple of days we've carried over 50 buckets of water each day - wasn't looking forward to doing it again today.
Why does water always seem to freeze when you have a full yard of horses all stuck inside??
It's always sad to say bye to horses who have been here a while. Beau has been with us for 3 months while his mum Sarah was convalescing after surgery, today is a big day for them, Beau goes home so he and Sarah can start working together again on being awesome.
